WW1 October Challenge

Dress ups Black and White

Loving the school holidays and the rainy weather.

This is a layout of my family dressed up for a brothers 50th birthday. Was lots of fun dressing up and seeing peoples imagation on black and white. My husband went as Beatle Juice and he did a wonderful job acting him out.

Elmo the Lizard

At the moment it's raining a lot here and it's perfect weather for Scrapbooking.

This layout is of my daughter with her lizard 'Elmo' on the first day she met her. Can't wait to see how big she gets.

Pretty as a Picture

This is a mix media page of my sister on her wedding day, a beautiful photo capture of her while having her makeup done.

Loved this page. Have gesso and texture paste circles first. Then used Four Gelatos to make the back round colour. Spray with a gold spray and then stamped script writing.

Retreat weekend

Enjoyed last weekend at a local retreat of Scrapbooking. Spend time meeting new people and seeing some old friends as well as doing lots of Scrapbooking :-)

This layout took me a long time but has turned out well. Fence is made from cardboard and wire. Also heat gun some Fragments and aged silver embossing enamel along the buttom.

Daughters are so Special - something I learnt doing this page was the half circle corners. I used a circle punch and that made it so much easier then measuring and cut :-)
